Hindipilavı (Indian Style Pilaf) Umami, Savoury, and Yummy, without MSG!

Today I'm talking about a recipe that I have invented. I have named it Hindipilavı, which means "Indian Pilaf". It is inspired from the Turkish "Pilav", which is a rice dish. It is a very, very quick and easy recipe. If you love rice, and umami, you will love this for sure!
Ingredients
½ Tomato, chopped
½ Medium sized onion, sliced
3/4 cup rice
4 cloves of chopped/minced garlic
1 tbsp Bouillon (Veg or Chicken)
1½ Cup Water (or Veggie Broth if you don't have boullion)
1 tsp Coriander
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Cumin
1 egg (size is preference)
2 tbsp oil (any oil works)
Salt to taste

Process
On med-low heat, with a non-stick pan, heat the oil. Add the tomato and onion. Fry until the onion is translucent. Then crack an egg. Scramble it like you would for Fried Rice. After that, add the turmeric, cumin, garlic and coriander. Toast the spices and add the rice. Toast the rice for half a minute. Now add salt to taste (remember, the Boullion will be very salty). Now add the boullion and Water (or Veggie stock if you don't have Boullion). Now cover and let the water dry out. Don't forget to cover. Keep checking it until it has a crackling noise. The crackling noise means the rice is cooked. After the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and fluff it up immediately. Now you have your Indian style Pilaf.
